When Calls the Heart: A Telling Silence, is the second DVD in the When Calls the Heart series (which you should not confuse with the original When Calls the Heart film (different actors and actresses portrayed the characters, in the original film)). A Telling Silence continues where When Calls the Heart: Lost and Found ends, with Lost and Found being somewhat weak in its character development, plotting, and continuity. However, with A Telling Silence, the traits that made Lost and Found somewhat weak have been overcome and the film moves along briskly, with good plot developments adding interest to the unfolding story. Hallmark traditionally produces films with excellent production values, and this film if no exception. Enjoy!
