great movie about how one changed his life around. everything in the movie was not biblical correct but the main point of the movie showed how one's life changes when their trust is put in Christ.

we loved it because it was the way the churches are today and the others that reviewed it need to look at it as a movie used for getting peoples attention not being closed minded because it hit you where it hurts the roles were reversed you probably would have tolerated it but what is appropiate but shocking people out of their seats and getting them to go because maybe they are too saved and spend too much time watching their one eyed goddess the men in prison loved it and it inspired them to share more than ever.

As we began to watch this movie, the previews came on for the other movies that the company makes. I can always tell if a movie is family friendly when I see the previews for their other movies. I did not like these previews and wouldn't have even wanted my kids to view these so I said, I am going to read the reviews for this movie BEFORE we watch this since those previews were so bad. So, I came on here and read the other members reviews and the movie did not seem very Christian. Add that to the fact that obviously the company that makes this movie makes unappropriate movies, we decided to skip this one and just send it back unwatched. I had enough junk I had to sit through during the previews. Do yourself a favor and either skip this or definately preview it since it says it is appropriate for 12 year olds. I don't think it's appropriate for adults.

This movie was very hard to watch. On one hand Bobby's conversion and growth were a pleasure to witness. However the character of Lisa was all wrong. Christians can be worldly but this girl was obviously not even a true Christian at all. The filmmakers made that obvious but throughout the movie continued to script this movie as if she was. The better story would have been Bobby getting saved and then leading Lisa into the truth of Who Jesus is. With the way the filmmakers depicted Lisa's character I found myself frustrated. I wanted to yell into the film to Bobby and tell him that this woman was not saved and that he needed to give her the gospel. This would have been a much more believable story in light of the obvious lostness of Lisa's character.

It would be better if she re-examined her faith and dropped it cold turkey.
