Hi friends,

When I name the biggest blessings in my life, at the top is my family, especially my nieces and nephews. They range in age from 5 to 25 or so, and are wonderfully unique, fun, and loving. My nephew James is especially entertaining. He is 7, and just started signing “James/Red Ninja” on his schoolwork.

But there’s one I never had the chance to know. Before their first daughter was born, my brother and his wife suffered a miscarriage. I don’t remember how far along Debbie was, but I do remember the deep sadness she and David felt at their loss.

Because of that, it’s hard for me to understand why anyone would choose abortion. I don’t believe women can be untouched by that experience. In 1995, Norma McCorvey, “Jane Roe” of the landmark Roe v. Wade case, became a Christian. She quickly became a pro-life advocate with Operation Rescue. She realized, “Abortion…was about children being killed in their mother’s wombs.”

Founded by Barbara Sundstrom, the organization has produced three films that depict some of the serious struggles facing youth today. Joining us today are two cast members from the award-winning Holly’s Story, Amy Harvey, the female lead, and Aaron House, who was assistant to the Director of Photography (DP).

Holly’s Story has won the following awards: Adam Award for Best Youth Drama at the Sabaoth International Film Festival in Milan, Italy; a Platinum Remi at the Worldfest in Houston, Texas; a Silver Crown award from International Christian Visual Media.
