Have you ever wanted to take a trip to the Holy Land, walk in the footsteps of Jesus, and gain a better understanding about God's Word?

I have dreamed of travelling to Israel since I was a child. I've gotten close in a missions outrach to the Persian Gulf Coast, but never quite made it. This last week, I watched a fabulous 7-DVD series by Focus on the Family called That The World May Know hosted by noted Bible scholar and historian, Ray Vander Laan and it's the next best thing to going there myself. Here, you follow Ray and various groups both young and old to many of the historical sites mentioned in Scripture. You gain historical, cultural, and spiritual lessons, most taught from the very sites the events being studied actually happened on. These DVD's are amazing resources for individual or group study or as part of a Church Resource Library. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and encourage you to make it a part of your library or your church's.

The third DVD in the Drive Thru History series (also from Focus on the Family), Turkish Delight, is now available. This entertaining, fun show (which many of you may have seen on TBN) is great for youth looking for a more youthful appraoch to biblical history.

Easter is now just a few weeks away. I always look forward to seeing the new ways I'll experience the celebration of Christ's death and resurrection. Check below for some resources to help you and your family and friends visually experience history's greatest and most significant moment.
