Renting DVDs is Fast and Easy!

1. Choose Your Movies

•	Add all the movies you want to your Rental Queue.
•	Choose from hundreds of movies! Rentals in your queue are shipped based on their priority and availability. If your first selection is not currently in stock, we'll ship your next available movie instead.

2. It's in the mail

•	You'll receive your rentals in 3-5 business days via first class mail. All rentals are shipped from our warehouse in Central California. (Please note that depending on where you live, and possible delays in the US Postal System, it may take longer than 5 days for your rentals to arrive.)
•	Keep your DVDs as long as you like.
•	Use our QuickReturn system when you put your DVDs in the mail and we'll send you your next available DVD right away!

3. Return your DVD

•	Use the prepaid return envelope to send your rentals back.
•	We will automatically ship out the next available title in your rental queue. When rentals are shipped or checked in, you get an email confirmation.

Billing

When you sign up, you will need to enter your credit card number for automatic billing. For your safety, credit card information is not stored on our servers. The numbers are encrypted and sent directly to the bank for verification. The monthly billing cycle begins on the day you join and continues each month after that. There are no late fees and if you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel the service at anytime. If your membership is canceled you will have 7 days to return the DVDs you have rented.
