| When you sign up, you will need to supply us with your credit card number for automatic billing. For your safety, credit card information is not stored on our servers. The numbers are encrypted and sent directly to the bank for verification. The monthly billing cycle begins on the day you join and every 30th day after that. There are no late fees and if you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel the service anytime. If your membership is canceled you will have 7 days to return the DVDs you have rented. For each DVD lost or not returned, a $19.95 per DVD fee plus tax will be charged to your credit card. You can change your billing information anytime by visiting your Account Information page. |

| We will ask for the address where you'd like your DVD rentals sent. We'll send titles based on availability and the order in which you have prioritized them. As you finish with your DVDs, return them in the envelope provided. Your shipping is paid using the postage-paid envelope, and we'll send you the next available title in your Rental Queue. You may change your shipping address anytime by visiting your Account Information page. |
