1. How do I become a ChristianCinema DVD Club member?
First, you must be 18 years of age or older, have an e-mail address and a valid credit card. Next, create a Shipping Account and select one of our Subscription Plans. All subscription plans include Unlimited DVD rentals. Finally, you can add up to 50 selections to your Rental Queue of all the movies you wish to see. Select the Level of Priority in which you would like us to send it to you. An email will be sent to you confirming the next available title that has been processed and mailed by First Class US Mail to your shipping address.

2. How long does it take for me to receive my selections?
We mail all movies out within 24 hours that orders are received. First Class US Mail generally takes between 2-6 business days.

3. Where are your distribution centers located?
Our distribution center is located in Visalia, California.

. How do I cancel my membership account?

You can cancel your account at anytime. Once logged in, go to My Accounts and click the ‘add / update subscription’ link. Click the "Request Cancellation" button, then fill out the form. Cancellation will be effective as soon as it is determined that you have no outstanding DVDs. All DVDs in your possession must be returned within 7 days. DVDs not returned within 7 days will be charged list price of the unit on your credit card.

5. Do you deliver outside the United States?
We do not deliver outside the US at this time.

6. How often is my account charged?
For Subscriber’s, your credit card will be billed at the beginning of every billing cycle from the date your subscription account was started. For Standard Account customer's your credit card will be charged for each order processed. A California State Tax of 8% will be applied to all sales totals for customers living in California. No tax is charged for customers outside of California.

7. Is my billing information safe?
Shopping safely online is our primary concern to our customers. Your information is encrypted and sent to secure banking servers, which process your billing information. As an additional security measure, we use GeoTrust SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

8. What Membership Plans do you offer?
A monthly membership allows you to have out a maximum number of dvds at a time. You can create a list of up to 50 dvd's and once a rental is returned to us, the next dvd on your list will be shipped automatically. There are no due dates or late fees. A monthly membership plan is a cost saving idea for getting the hottest dvds.

Hold titles for as long as you want, there is never a late fee or due date for Monthly Subscribers. When you have finished watching a movie, return it and we'll ship the next prioritized title from your list.

9. What is a Rental Queue?
All Monthly Subscribers will have rental queues. A rental queue is a list of DVD titles added by the customer. You can prioritize the title by selecting a priority from a drop-down menu within the rental queue. Numbered 1 - 50, a 1 being of the highest priority to be shipped to you. Titles will be shipped out to you based on availability and your selected priority level.
You can also reserve "Upcoming Arrivals" within the rental queue and set the priority. Titles will be shipped out to you as soon as the stock arrives.

If a DVD set with your highest priority is not available or in stock. We will ship the next available title in rental queue. To take full advantage of your subscription plan, it’s best to keep at least 40-50 selections in your rental queue. When you are finished with one rental, return it to receive the next title on your list automatically.

10. I lost the postage-paid envelope, what should I do?
You can put two DVDs in one envelope and send them back if you lost one of them. If you have no envelopes,
contact us and we'll send a replacement out to you at no charge.

11. What if I don'’t receive my DVDs?
Generally, it takes 2-5 business days for DVDs to arrive, depending upon your location. If it is has been more than 5 business days since we shipped and you have not received a DVD yet, please
contact us and we will track the missing DVD and update you with the expected time of arrival. Please note, ChristianCinema reserves the right to review accounts for excessive patterns of lost or stolen DVDs and may result in termination of a customer’s membership account.
