After being in a "christian" rock band for a number of years, this was a huge eye opener. It really changed my life and the way I view pop culture in general. Every Christian should watch this.

This is very informative which I think is a good thing but it is also very graphic. I watched this with my husband and our two teen boys. We discussed it and they chose not to watch Disc 2 because they have already chosen not to expose themselves to the types of music/bands that were highlighted. It should be a matter of personal discernment whether or not this will be helpful for your kids.
