A very well done movie (which was backed by CBS Television). Amy Grant does a very good acting job and of course has the singing/music part down. The story shows how you can think you can depend on someone and find out later that you can't but there is someone else who prays for you and believes in you. This would be a good movie for movie night at church especially for the choir or musicians there. If you don't care much about music, this movie might be too slow for you but it is worth renting.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was romantic movie but it was clean, no sex scenes, bad language, or immoral living. Amy Grant did an excellent job playing a blind woman.

This movie was very well acted, but, there were no mentions of religon AT ALL. There were many oppurtunites for mentioning God or Christ but, none. Not a great family movie either because of the language.

Loved Amy Grant. Loved the music. Loved the story.

A Song from the Heart, starring Amy Grant, is a wonderful viewing experience, about the possibility of love, when one is faced with a physical handicap. Please be aware that it is not specifically a Christian film, even though it does star Amy. Enjoy!
