Shattered

A caseworker struggles to help five teens locked in a mental institution for troubled kids in this Short Film. Frustrated by his lack of progress in helping the teens and concerned by their legally required release back into “normal” society, the caseworker discovers that he is most effective in reaching the hearts of the young people when he acknowledges a deep emotional scar in his own life.

In a plot twist that is as thought provoking as it is surprising, both the caseworker and the teens admit their feelings.

Viewers of all ages will be drawn into a movie they initially believe to be about emotional scars and the mending of broken relationships, but they will be jolted to intense self-application as the plot suddenly reveals a future more ominous than any mental institution!

Could have been longer, should have explained the rapture so that new believers could understand the message. I did like the movie but, I wouldn't say it was great.
