Holidaze: The Christmas That Almost Didn't Happen
Rusty the Reindeer, voiced by Fred Savage, has been relegated to a very minor role in the Christmas preparations at the North Pole. Frustrated by his inability to find his place in the holiday, our hero (in the musical special "The Christmas that Almost Didn't Happen") leaves the North Pole to find the meaning of Christmas, only to find help from a very special kind of support group - one comprised of other Holiday Icons who have lost their way.
When Rusty arrives at the basement of a non-denominational church, he meets Albert - the perpetually nervous Thanksgiving Day Turkey (Harland Williams), Candie, the sweet as candy Easter Bunny (Gladys Knight), Mr. C, the grouchy, cynical Cupid (Paul Rodriguez), and Trick & Treat, the teenaged twin Halloween Ghost Girls, each who embody the spirit of their name (Emily Osment and Brenda Song, respectively).
After a series of comedic misadventures searching for the meaning of Christmas, Rusty discovers that he was carrying the real meaning of Christmas within him all along.
