Sex As God's Gift

Mary Ronan talks straight and plain. Kids love her, listen to her and respond. Produced especially for 14- and 15-year-olds, these programs help them think through in advance decisions related to sex. This series challenges young people to understand sex as a valuable gift, something special and meaningful and not as a recreational sport.

Special emphasis is given to avoidance of sexual activity before marriage. Mary presents the facts in a straightforward, honest way that teens relate to and respect. She helps them think through the consequences of premarital sex. She shows why it is important to know ahead of time what the decision is, to avoid being “caught up” in emotional circumstances.

Our youth receive false and misleading information about sex from many sources, especially the media. Television and movies give young people a distorted and unhealthy understanding of sex. These programs will help youth understand the beauty, importance, and reasons for Biblical morality.

Mary Ronan, a registered nurse with a specialty in reproductive health, has worked with teens for over 15 years. A gifted communicator, she speaks to thousands of teens and parents every year to help prepare young teens in thinking through major choices they will face, especially those in the area of premarital sex.
