When will my order arrive?
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here is the equation we use:
Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
Please email or call us for availability if timing is critical, many items on our site are 24-hour availability.
Return Policy Only product damaged via shipment or in unopened condition may be returned. Please contact us for instructions before attempting to return any merchandise. We will replace damaged or defective items without charge.
All other sales are final. We do our best to provide only the best quality videos, and have provided previews (trailers) for many of the movies so that you might be able to judge the films for yourself. If you prefer to view movies in their entirety before buying them, we suggest you join our DVD Rental Club. We appreciate your cooperation and support of Christian movies.
International Orders International shipments (Non-U.S.) do not ship until all items are available.
What are your shipping rates in the US and International?
To get a shipping quote, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. On the shopping cart page, you can use the Shipping estimator by entering your Zip code or selecting your country from the drop down list.
Video Format
You need only give caution to this if you live outside of the US and Canada. All VHS videos are in the NTSC format of VHS. PAL format is not available. International returns are not accepted for this reason. Some VHS players have a switch to allow the play of both NTSC and PAL formated VHS tapes. DVD Format All DVDs listed on this site are encoded to play on Region 1 players (US/Canada). Many of the DVDs are ALL REGION DVDs which means they will play on every DVD player around the world. Returns due to DVD Player incompatability are not accepted.
Public Performance Rights Many customers ask us about showing video programs to church and school groups.
The Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), the group who has offered umbrella licenses to show Hollywood productions in public groups, has now teamed up with Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) to create Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI). For one small annual licensing fee, you can obtain a license to show all ChristianCinema.com releases plus most other Christian and Hollywood titles. The CVLI provides legal coverage for churches to show home videocassettes and videodiscs of motion pictures for a variety of church activities, whether the videocassette or videodisc was purchased, rented or borrowed. These may include church services and programs, education sessions and youth activities.
This license does NOT cover materials that have been copied from another source or recorded from television. It also does NOT cover charging an admission fee for video showings.
Here is how it works: You still purchase your videos at ChristianCinema.com, and receive the coverage from CVLI.
For more information on obtaining a church video license, you can contact CVLI directly at 1-888-771-2854 or visit their website http://www.cvli.org. |
