I had a blast watching this movie. Other than the dead guy in the snow, I believe it is a good family movie. I was inspired by the movie, yet I wish the movie expressed more faith. All in all I enjoyed this movie recommend that parents watch this with their children for their own personal approval.

A cute kids movie, but if you have younger kids and they would be afraid of a dead man or thoughts of death, it could be scary to them. It doesn't give alot of thought to the gospel and life after death as far as scripture is concerned. The story is cute, but a little "out there" as far as reality.

Terrific storyline & good life lesson! My kids under 10 both encouraged by this story. Maybe you will see their names in The Guiness Record book some day!

Cute movie. Well made. Well acted. A little intense for young children. It is best if you watch it with them and explain those things that need explaining... all in all I'm glad I let my six year old watch it. By the way he really liked it...

While in the "family film" category, some elements in this film might be a bit much for younger viewers. That being said, it does hold an appeal for a broader audience than just kids. Very fun scenes, great actors, drama/action all combine for an enjoyable family experience.At one point the young boys have a brief conversation about "where you go when you die" and "do kids go to heaven automatically?" While played for comedy and humor I think the underlying conclusion they come to can be very misleading.There's a number of instances of what I call, "minor language" and some disturbing images/scenes. I highly recommend reading the Dove review before renting this one!

This is a movie the whole family can watch and enjoy. Just because most of the actors in the movie are children it doesn't mean that adults won't get anything from it, because they will. I am one of those adults that has fallen in love woth this movie. It teaches us all about friendship, working together to achieve a goal, forgiveness and of course, love for our family and friends.

From the beginning Billy (Bobby Coleman), will tell you in his own words as he narrates through the film. He tells you about himself and takes you thru the movie and shows you how the story evolves. The story is about three friends and how one winter changes their lives. In the schoolyard scenes you will meet the school bullies and how the three friends deal with each situation they are confronted with.


Ray Liotta is excellent as Billy's dad and brings a lot to the movie as does each of the boys: Bobby Coleman as Billy, Bobb'e J. Thompson as Howard, Christian Martyn as Lucas and Josh Flitter as Jason. I must also mention Demi Petersen as Guen even though her part was small I thot she was excellent and she even throws snowballs just like most girls do, which made the scene look true to the part.

There are some scenes that have violence but it's normal to see when children are together and they have different opinions and ideas. There is one scene where a boy has blood coming from his nose after he falls hard to the ground, but that is the worst part other than a scary scene with Billy (Bobby Coleman). This scene could be scary for some younger age viewers, sp ,p, amd dad remember to be close by. I don't want to say what it is as if I did it will spoil it for you, the potential viewer of this movie.

This is a fun packed movie that teaches from the beginning to the end. The four boys who were the main characters did a great job and Bobby Coleman was excellent once again. The story is believable and in the end it shows the viewer that anything is possible as long as you believe. Always remember that: Teamwork Divides the Effort and Multiplies the Effect.
