This was a good movie it was very slow in getting to the the good part close to the end. I never saw any movies with Billy Sunday as the preacher this was an old evangelistic movie for that time periodi guess this was a good movie but its okay I didn't like the drinking and the prejudism.

Great Movie for all the family. Nice to see Salvation portrayed so simply; Just receive Jesus' free gift. "If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold all things are become new."
Also there was a good clear picture of works vs grace; the age-old battle since the beginning. It's only Jesus.

Very wooden acting by just about everyone! Story was OK. Alcohol is worse than meth! Locations, costumes, and props were pretty good.

Excellent movie. Slower paced and we loved it that way. Quite an inspiring, down to earth movie. Started good and

Milltown Pride, with an entire cast of unknown actors and actresses, and funded by Bob Jones University, is a terrific film about the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption. The premise of the film centers on total abstention, which we personally practice, so we felt right-at-home about the moral principles involved in this presentation. Additionally, there is a clear emphasis upon living a Christ-centered life, based upon faith in a triune God (Evangelical Christianity). Yes, the film is rather slow moving at times; yes, the cast is what one would typically find in a college play; but since the faculty of Bob Jones University is supervising the production, and since they are all film professionals, the production values are as high as one would find in a Hollywood production, minus the special effects (which are usually boring, in anything but an action film). Enjoy!
