The U.S. and Canada were founded on God's word but today children are not allowed to pray or mention God's name in schools. To me, Satan has pretty much total control these days. What did you think of this documentary/movie? Feb 17, 2012 1sw33tlady: I haven't seen this movie yet, but I already know way too much about our public school system--and what I know terrifies me. As a substitute teacher on and off during the last 13 or so years, I knew I couldn't allow my child to be "educated" by the state. I chose homeschooling and have NEVER regretted it, even in the face of strong opposition from all my extended family and most of my friends. If you would like to know more about the history of our public school system and it's overarching goals/philosophies, please read "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America" by Charlotte Iserbyte--it'll make you even more irate. The website for the book and the book itself (free, in pdf form) are freely available online, and I'd encourage EVERY parent to read it. After you are done weeping over the sad state of affairs, then you will be prepared to enter into serious, committed intercessory prayer for our children. Yes (0) No (0) A shopper asked: I wish that every parent that claims to love Jesus would watch this movie.Then watch the long version of "They Sold Their Souls for Rock and Roll". I believe that it would help parents understand that God is going to Judge or systematic lack of protecting our children. If anyone has seen one or both of these movies,do you agree? Nov 29, 2011 Ian W: I've not seen the movie you mention but I have seen "Hell's Bell's" which is a documentary movie that came out quite some time ago showing not only what the lyrics of some of the Rock & Roll songs were singing aout but it also showed many of the covers of these records and then magnified them many times and boy, would you be shocked. Unknowingly, parents allow their kids and teenagers to listen to this garbage and slowly but surely it transfers the listeners brain. If you continue to listen to songs that have bad language, sex, drugs and/or violence then in time you will probably be tied up in something that you shouldn't be doing. I had a Pastor tell me this when I was searching and as I slowly pulled away from that kind of music I found my life to change for the good. It's your choice. Feb 17, 2012 Reply to Ian Good answer?
