By the way there is a movie that just came out in the theater which was first shown in Texas and I am awaiting for it to come to NY. It is called "Final: The Rapture". If you have a multi-region DVD player, then yes, very likely. But unless the movie is released also as a Region 2 as well as a Region 1 copy, you probably won't be able to view it. The US is Region 1. You should contact John Hagee Ministries via their web site and ask if they know whether it will be released in Region 2 format. People who read John Hagee's books live all over the world so even if it won't be released right away in a format you can view, if people in other parts of the world ask, maybe multi-region copies would be released. I purchased this movie and then Christian Cinema sent back a email saying this movie will not be coming out like they thought because whoever made this movie decided that they would wait until early next year to release it. The acting is superb as compared to cheesy acting in The Moment After, Six, etc. It is my favorite of all prophecy movies. Order of my preferences: 1. Jerusalem Countdown 2. Left Behind series 3. Even though I have not seen the movie, the trailer give a great idea of what the movie is about. It also gives a possible depiction of whtat the tribulation can look like, with one slight error. We all will be apart of the tribulation. Unfortunately we were all lied to, THIERE WILL BE NO PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE. Read the Scriputures for yourself. You will see that Yeshua( Jesus) says we should not believe it when people will tell us that He will come in secret. When He comes it will literally split the universe open, then He will send out His angels to the 4 corners of the world to get HIS PEOPLE. Check it out for yourselves. At this time in our history, haven't we heard enough lies? Feb 15, 2012 firmlyrooted: Noah and Lot are poor examples, if you trying to justify the notion that God would not allow his Bride to suffer. In neither case were the beloved of God removed from the time of trouble. Instead they went through the time of trouble, and were not untouched by it. They suffered through it all, and emerged more or less victorious (both still struggled and strove with the world around them) but they were God's surviving remnant when the waters dissipated or the smoke cleared. Through it all the Almighty was faithful. He was with the three Hebrew men in the furnace. The same can be said of the many martyrs who were beloved, and who were faithful, even in the crucible that extinguished their lives in the present while they rejoiced out loud (to the dismay, and often the conversion of their executioners) because of the hope of a glorious eternal life in His presence. Those who believe that a loving God could not, or would not, allow them to suffer have not given their bibles a serious read, and evidently they do not pay attention to the nightly news either. They calling of Christ coming for His bride is real. I haven't seen the movie but was reading the review. Revelations is a great promise we have as believers to look forward to whether we are dead in Christ (we will rise as an example of Christ) or alive in Christ (caught up to meet Him in the air). Those left will be left to a Godless world (that's scriptural). The events after the rapture are for the Jews. The time of the Gentile is over and the Jews require a sign and then the 3 witnesses will come and the tribes will assemble. This is all found where???? The Bible! So may version take out many verses and/or change words that change the meaning also. Which causes a loss of the truth. Men have a tendency in times now and times in the past to put what they don't understand because they are fleshly, to discount it as false. We will never truly understand the spiritual. Christ gave us great example of who we are to Him. His bride awaiting the wedding. We suffer things to make us humble and turn to Him! Count it all Joy! There will a great tribliation one day and to make a bride suffer through that judgment of the world would not be His character. Reading cover to cover the bible helps understand God's character better but being saved, having Him as our Lord, and reading it cover to cover give hope and we begin to Glory in the promises He has for those who are found faithful! Hebrews 6 talks about leaving the principles of Christ. We are in that day. You can go to 10 different "churches" and get 10 different theologies. Everything is in scripture and some base a whole theology on one verse and take it out of context. God is still on the Throne and will speak to us if we are willing to listen and submit.
