Very little of this is funny. He is the picture of someone with a small semblence of faith. He promotes the idea that God loves him because he has money. He seems to make his relationship with God about his mother taking him to church. He does not talk about his own relationship with God. He continually refers to the church as "you people". Like he is not a part of that group. And his jokes are just not that funny.

I would buy this video to show all my black christian friends as well as my white friends. I was touched that TD Jakes gave Steve Harvey this opportunity to share his wit while cleaning up his act and his heart. Thanks so much for this fine entertainment. I would love the challenge to do same for my own white christian church experiences. Just thinking about it exposes my own heart of grievances.

I'm Tripping!! This is an excuse to tap into the buying power of Christians and Pro-family groups across the country. Many of the jokes are in poor taste and it is certainly presented from an unchristian perspective, even if Steve does manage to not use profanity. There are alot of other "Cleaner" and funnier Christian comedians out there. Leave this one on the shelf!!

What can I say but absolutely wonderful. I love - I said LOVE - Steve Harvey! I remember listening to his other projects, and saying "If Steve ever gives his life fully to God, he will draw a lot of folks to Christ." Well I think that time has come. And now I can listen to Steve Harvey comedy in the open instead of with headphones so the "cussing" wouldn't overshadow his obvious talent to make you laugh at every day life. This DVD is no exception. He hits all the funny times in your life - IN and OUT of church!

I can't wait until the next one!!! :-)
