Description:
Volume #7 of That The World May Know by Ray Vander Laan
The seventh Faith Lessons volume takes you into Asia Minor (present-day Turkey), where the disciples like Paul and Timothy traveled, spreading news of Jesus and bringing new disciples to follow Him.
Filmed on location at these biblically significant sites:
Aphrodisias: Run! The Passion of Elijah
Antioch Pisidia: Learning to Walk Like Jesus: Paul's Journey to Rome
Lystra: An Unlikely Disciple
Cappadocia: Why Christians Suffer: The Weight of Gethsemane
Faith Lessons is an in-depth video tour of the buried, distant, or otherwise forgotten places where the stories of the Bible actually happened. From this cultural perspective, teacher and historian Ray Vander Laan challenges long-held Western assumptions about even the most well-known Scripture passages. The result? You and your family will simply never read the Bible the same again.
Study Guide included.
Nothing has opened and illuminated the Scriptures for me quite like the Faith Lessons series. — Dr. James Dobson

Latest Reviews for Faith Lessons: Walk As Jesus Walked - DVD
Faith Lessons: Walk As Jesus Walked - DVD – Jeremy K, 09/10/2012 Very good, following on the thought of Volume 6 Dust of the Rabbi. Gave great perspective of running the race on first lesson. However the second lesson I disagreed with, the rest of the DVD is worth studying. The last lesson on martyrdom was an excellent teaching on persecution of our brethern in the Body of Messiah.
Faith Lessons: Walk As Jesus Walked - DVD – Jeremy K, 09/10/2012 Very in depth study of historical jewish thought on discipleship. Highly recommended for young men in fellowship and studying God's Word.
