  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    It depends on several factors:
    1. Please add 24-48 hours for your order to process before it is sent to the warehouse for shipping. Then add the shipment times listed on the Delivery page during checkout. UPS orders usually ship the same business day if your order is placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time.
    2. Is the item in stock?
    3. Do you want it shipped Overnight, UPS Ground or USPS Priority, or any other shipping method?
    4. How far do you live from California?
    5. International shipments (Non-U.S.) do not ship until all items are available.
  • What is Closed Captioning?
    Closed Captioning or (CC) are like sub-titles or words that show at the bottom of the screen to let the deaf and hard of hearing enjoy the movie even without sound.
  • What Payment Options do I have?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal.
    We accept Check, Money Order and Western Union

  • Do you accept Checks over the phone or by fax?
    Yes. We accept checks by phone and by fax. Please place your order online, then call 1-888-527-2388 to pay by check over the phone.
    There is a $25 fee on all checks returned NSF (Non Sufficient Funds). Fax Payment Option: Fax your check to our dedicated fax line (559) 553-8851.
  • How do you process orders?
    Order Process:
    1. Add items to your cart
    2. Click the "Checkout Now" button to begin the checkout process and create an account if necessary.
    3. After selecting a shipping method and entering your payment information, press the "Confirm" button to submit your order.
    4. If paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged for the order total.
    5. You will receive a confirmation email receipt immediately.
    6. Your order will be processed at the warehouse usually within 24-48 hours
    7. Your order will ship out.
      (Note: You will be contacted via email if any of your items are on backorder)
  • Can you send the movies and then bill me?
    No. We prefer to receive payment before shipping. All to often, people forget to send the payment once they have the movies.

  • Do you sell to Christian Bookstores?
    Yes. We are also a wholesale distributor of many Christian movie titles. Terms are competitve with major distributors. And in most cases better. Visit the Retailer page for information on how to setup an account.

  • Where are you located?
    Visalia, California. We have filmed several movies here (The Moment After, Mercy Streets, Time Changer, SIX, The Visitation, The Moment After 2). Visalia is 1 hour south of Fresno and 1 hour north of Bakersfield. About 3 hours from Los Angeles and 4 hours south of Sacramento. Two hours from the ocean. One hour from the Sequoia National Forest.

  • DVD Compatibility
    So why won't that foreign DVD play at home? It has nothing to do with PAL or NTSC. It has to do with regional codes. DVD movies are coded by region so that movie studios can control where in the world their movies can be viewed. Similarly, hardware manufacturers encode DVD players for the regions where they are sold. In other words, the disc you bought in Japan - coded only for region 2 - won't play on your region 1- coded DVD player. So look to see what region a DVD is coded for before buying it. And look at what region your DVD player is set up to play. DVDs cannot be returned due to incompatability with DVD players. Also be aware that some DVD players do not play DVD9 discs. A Thief in the Night DVD is the only DVD9 disc we are aware of that has had problems playing on international DVD players.

  • DVD: What's the code for your region?
    Region 0: All Regions
    Region 1: Canada, and the United States and its territories
    Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East
    Region 3: Southeast and East Asia (including Hong Kong)
    Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, and the Caribbean
    Region 5: The former Soviet Union, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia
    Region 6: China

  • How do I track my order?
    Each order is assigned a tracking number from either UPS or the US Postal Service. You will be emailed the tracking number when your order ships using the email address you provide when you create your account.
    You can also locate your tracking number in your Order Status when you Sign-In to your account.
  • Why have I not received my order?
    There could be several issues:
    1. Your item is backordered or a is a pre-buy item and will ship to you the day it comes in stock.
    2. Your order may be delayed in the mail. Please locate your tracking number in your Order Status when you Sign-In to your account and go to the carrier's tracking page for detailed status.
    3. Non-U.S. orders containing a backordered or pre-buy item will not ship until all items are available.
  • Returns
    We unconditionally guarantee all unopened or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unopened or defective merchandise for a prompt refund; the only exception is opened items. Please contact us for a return shipping label. We do our best to provide only the best quality videos, and have provided previews (trailers) for many of the movies so that you might be able to judge the films for yourself. If you prefer to view movies in their entirety before buying them, we suggest you join our DVD Rental Club. We appreciate your cooperation and support of Christian movies.
  • I want to show a movie at church or to a youth group
    Unless you purchase a license to show the film, you would be showing the movie illegally by breaking copyright and public performance rights laws. Please see the Public Performance Rights page for more info.
  • What are your shipping rates in the US and International?
    To get a shipping quote, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. On the shopping cart page, you can use the Shipping estimator by entering your Zip code or selecting your country from the drop down list.
  • Do you have movies in PAL format?
    No. We only sell NTSC format of VHS. Some Video Players have a switch that allows you to play both PAL and NTSC VHS formats. PAL format is used mainly outside of North America.
  • How do I tell if I will even like the movie?
    Visit the Reviews Page to get recommendations and hear what others are saying about a particular movie. There are also movie trailers on many of the more current movie titles. You must have either QuickTime or RealPlayer installed to view the trailers.
  • Is there sales tax?
    Only if you are a resident of California will tax be added to your order. The current rate is 8% for CA residents only.

  • The DVD I received is not working... What can I do?
    Layer change: The slight pause is normal, happens going from one layer to another.

    Audio not in sync: Just stop and restart, 9 times out of 10 this fixes if there is not a problem with disc or player.

    Artifacting: the disc may be dirty, please clean it with the following instructions:

    Cleaning your DVD: Dirty discs should be carefully cleaned using a soft dry lint-free cloth or camera lens tissue. Holding the disc by its outer edges or center hole gently wipe outward from the center hub toward the outside edge of the disc (just like the spokes of a bicycle wheel). Do not wipe the disc using circular motions, as any scratches created will do the least damage if they cut across the track of marks and lands. More stubborn fingerprints or stains can be removed using a soft lint-free cloth lightly moistened with water or a commercially available DVD/CD cleaning fluid. Do not use vinyl record cleaners, lacquer thinner, gasoline, kerosene, benzene or other solvents, as these may damage the disc. Manufacturer directions should always be followed.

    If this does not help, the disc may be faulty. (Scratches may not necessarily mean that disc won't work, please try it in multiple players to verify a faulty disc.)

    If disc keeps spinning and won't load, stop and reload. 9 out of 10 times this works.

    Black bars: These are normal and advantageous (this is called "Letterbox", see below for definition), but zoom function will make it better if this is intolerable Check settings on player if picture is squashed or stretched, make sure it' s 4:3 for normal TV, 16:9 for widescreen.

    Letterbox: Refers to the image of a wide-screen picture on a standard 4:3 aspect ratio television screen, typically with black bars above and below. It is used to maintain the original aspect ratio of the original source (usually a theatrical motion picture of 16:9 aspect ratio or wider converted to a standard television screen aspect ration of 4:3).
