Damon Lamar Reed, alumni of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, has a great passion for creating murals and facilitating art programs. Over the years, his murals grew larger and his name became known in the Gospel rap industry when He Heard My Cry became a nationally distributed album. DLR Enterprises (www.damonlamarreed.com) was the next progression.

After marrying Nicole, they both desired to share their love of God and the Arts with others. DLR Enterprises works with artists, both visual and performing, to help them realize their full potential.  DLR brings a new standard to the world of art, music, and fashion-the God Standard.  Damon is  currently creating a collection of artwork to visualize his upcoming album entitled, Not Now, but Right Now. 

Nicole has been writing since before she was a fetus (Jeremiah 1:5).   When reading the Word of God, ideas seem to leap off the page and a song or story is born. Her career as a writer, fashion designer and muralist has developed because of gifts that made room for her. She is currently working on her first book, Greater Exploits of Love.”

Damon Lamar Reed and Nicole Reed reside in Chicago, IL with their new baby girl, Kayla Grace. They especially enjoy watching films that have the innocence and integrity of black and white movies of old.
