Rodney Baney is a 34 year old pastor and father of five. He and his wife have been married for 12 years and and have five children children ages 11, 8, 6, 3, and one month. Rodney has been in ministry for 13 years, 11 years as a youth pastor. He recently planted a church focused on reaching a lost generation of young people. To pay the bills he also works at Oregon State University.

Rodney loves to watch movies and listen to music, and values time with his family. His main life goal is to make a difference for Christ not through rules and judgment but through love and God's word. Another life goal is to live a full happy life and to see his children make a difference for Christ as well.
