When their Sitka Spruce is chosen as the White House Christmas Tree, a father and his son set off on an exciting cross-country journey to deliver the tree to the nation's capital. What do you do when your tree that was planted for you when you were born is picked to be the National Christmas Tree at the White House? When Rock enters the spruce tree that his father planted for him when he was a baby in a contest to become the National Christmas tree in Washington DC, he never could have imagined the adventure he would take along with the tree to the capital. Corey, Rock's father, decides to take the tree from Liberty, Oregon, to DC himself with Rock's help and the promoter from the toy store. Along the way they each discover something about themselves.
