Carmen Vega is notorious for meddling in her grown daughters' lives, and her new project is mapping out a master plan to find a husband for her eldest daughter Ally. The career-minded Ally is more interested in her job as an architect until she falls for Ben McInnes, the new project manager at work. Carmen takes a liking to Ben, but the real question is will Ally and her new suitor survive all of Carmen's plotting to make sure they ride off into the sunset together!
This movie is well worth watching as it makes the point that even our best intentions are often misunderstood.
Carmen Vega meddles in her daughters' lives but she means well. She wants her daughters to live good and happy and productive lives. She wants one daughter to have a baby right away although the couple is struggling financially. The other daughter chooses a career and her mother believes that, since she is now thirty, she needs a man in her life.
This humorous tale will tickle your funny bone but will also make you sympathetic toward the daughters! The mother gets some of her own medicine and she finally gets the point by film's end. We are pleased to award this wonderful story our Dove "Family-Approved" Seal for ages twelve plus. This one has a great plot. Check it out soon.
