Synopsis:
Trooper the Bloodhound is a natural-born sleuth who lives in a town that has a mysterious legend...a legend of a Golden Key that could be worth one million dollars. But when Trooper and his owner, 10 year-old Tommy, try to find the key, they run into unexpected danger. Will these best friends be able to unlock the legend before it is too late? One thing's for sure...with Trooper the Bloodhound on the case, things are bound to get interesting.

This movie about a treasure is a treasure itself. It features a story of good triumphing over evil and also about how the things we don't see as treasures in our lives, sometimes are.

Something as insignificant as a comic book can make a big difference in what it means to various people and the comment that one man's garbage is another man's treasure is seen clearly in this film. Trooper is a Bloodhound who helps save the town with his nose. The various animals' thoughts are heard in the movie which the young members of the family will enjoy.
